Delivery

Shipping cost from Denmark is free of charge in EU. Production & delevery time is normal 1-3 weeks after order. 

Returns

You have 30 days after delivery to return your order, should you not wish to keep it. Product needs to be unused, in its original packaging, with copy of invoice. Shipping back to Denmark will be at your expense, 100% of your payment will be refunded upon return of your order. Contact us for shipping adresse information!

Important : Take the two screws out of the box as the the can damage the product.

Guarantee

Our products are guaranteed for 2 years. Guarantee only under normal use.

If you have a problem contact us and we will work out a solution (repairs, replacement or money back).

TAX on goods shipped to consumers within the European Union ("EU")

For shipments to a place located within the European Union ("EU"), the following applies: KNAXSHOP will charge value added or similar taxes ("VAT") of the destination country on all products and services delivered within the EU. TAX Customers outside the European Union ("EU")

If your shipping address is outside of the EU KNAXSHOP will not charge VAT. You may be subject to local taxes, import, customs and/or similar duties for which you carry sole responsibility. Please be aware that you are the responsible importer when the destination of the shipment is outside the EU and it is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
